Holidays '05 - Sandon
After the Okanagan we made our way across to Nakusp via the Needles-Faquier ferry (look for Holidays '05 - On The Road) The next interesting stop after that was Sandon. Sandon is an abandoned silver mining town that has a very rich history. Once a city of around 10,000 people with a famous bordwalk that spanned the creek, Sandon now only has a few inhabitants and only a handful of buildings....and lots of ghosts
